On 7 dec 2013 I bought a Micromax funbook pro p500 (10.1 inch) tablet. I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: volume buttons stop working and unable to connect internet dongle. so I got replaced the device once on 25 dec 2013. which took 15 days to get replaced. after using the replaced device a month around again the tablet device creating a problem. device wont start or boot at all. I spent money to purchase the accessories for the device. like tata photon dongle. microsd card, leather case, scratch guard. and ablove all that spend my preceious time to move around the service center to get it replaced all the time. the device is not of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. I can’t afford to spent time to get it replaced again and again. I require to confirm whether the company will arrange for the (item) to be collected or will reimburse me for the cost of returning it. I look forward to hearing from you Yours sincerely
