Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to inform you that on 29th November i submitted my mobile to Arush world Link, Moradabad under the job sheet No# N04043011136685160 where they informed that we are sending to your mobile company and it will take a month, on 9th december i recieved a message that “please collect your mobile between 10 – 5 pm” but they are saying that have not recieve the courier from the courier company. But on 14th december they informed me that your mobile is on hold due to blah blah problem and said it will take 8 days. Now whenever i call to them they said “10 din lagenge”. now its 1 month and 2 weeks(40 days) but have i not received my handset even they are still saying for 15 days ” i want a claim for my mobile and its services my time” They have done “Fraud” to me and wrong promises they are cheating to customer I m writing this issue to you as i work in office from where i come to my home lately at night due as usual busy schedule and i do not have any mobile to communicate to anyone in the emergency. I same write to Micromax but they always said we apologize and not tell me anything when they will repair my mobile. I do not wait for any minute and i want my mobile back So, i request you with hope that you will do the needful for the same i have many Hopes from you. 🙂 so, please take a strong action against this cheater Micromax .
