Micromax Mobile – Facing touch issue unresolved

I have purchased the Micromax Mobile Canvas A350 on 19/07/2014, I was facing touch issue with the mobile and i have submitted the mobile into local service center and they said the touch has to be replaced but they will take 20 working days, please tell me who will be there without mobile 20 working days, they said parts are not available its nt my problem, if they have parts or not I need my Mobile issue to be fixed within 48 hours time. service center says they do nt have parts stock for any mobile, its not only ab one product, for every single Model of Micromax they have the same problem. when I asked for standby handset, they said they do not have policy I have attached Job Sheet Which service center gave me for reference.

I need new phone or my money back I have paid 20,715rs
