Micromax Mobile – Faulty Product Poor Service

Sir madam I purchase a smartphone make Micromax yureka from the online shopping site amazon in the month of mid feb. 2015. When I use the phone it calling feature not work properly. When the call connect the screen goes blank and rest of the feature of the phone not work . Even if i want to diconnect my call I couldn’t diconnect the call . After removal of bettery then the call disconnect. So many times I called and also email to the company because the company provide onsite service . But from company replied me on 26 feb 2015 that this is a software issue and company release a update within 3 to 4 days . After 4 days on 2 nd march 2015 called again to customer care no 01413325300 and other number either not working or doesn’t exists explain every thing that I suffer a lot due to this . The exicutive fron micromax yu team explain me that we didn’t comments on that when the company release new update . And also they refuse to replace the phone and also told me that its a soft ware issu so no need to provide on site services. During these days some complaints no I got from the customer care team as follows TT13378 DATED 23 FEB 2015. TT 19390 dated 2 feb 2015. I request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible . Phone should be replaced as soon as possible in ok condition and on side service timely provide By the company as committed.
