My self piyush sharma,resident of Gurgaon sharing my painful experience with Micromax mobile company. I have attached my mails regarding the same in which i have requested service head Mr Maninder many times and i had also spoken to him to provide a solution to my problem. I had purchased a Micromax canvas 4 phone in last October since then i have visited 9 times to their Malviya nagar service center for repairs . They keep the phone for 5-6 days and then do some adjustments due to which phone works for 20-25 days and after than same problem occurs. There was a problem of software getting crashed in the phone purchased. After 4-5 visits to service center and putting much efforts they changed the phone under warranty and gave me other phone – Micromax turbo-A250 ( 2nd hand or used i cant say).This was also a defective piece and i had to visit 5 times gain for this phone to said service center .Every time they kept the phone for 5-6 days and never provided alternate phone for my use. I had purchases alternate phone due to this reason which costed me additional Rs 10000. Till now i am not getting any positive response from Micromax. Every time they repair the phone and says that now problem will not come. I got my phone repaired just 10 days back and now again it has started creating other problem That its 13 MP camera is giving blurred images. Today i have got a call from Micromax office in delhi from ph no- 0124 4811000. The lady was asking me weather i have taken my phone from reapir center or not. I explained her my problem but she was kept on saying that you visit the service center and they will take care of your problem. I am fed up of all this and under huge mental harassment. I need support from your end. I will be highly thankful to you if you can get my problem resolved.
