I purchased Micromax mobile(A-61 BOLT model)from dealer, Riddhi Siddhi Mobiles, Indore on 04/05/2014. Right from the first day it started over heating and very poor battery back up. I made complaints to service centre of Micromax, Indore two times. They kept the mobile for one month every time. There is no improvement of the working of the mobile.

I want full replacement of the mobile with same model or with another better model (brand new).
