Dear Sir, NAMASKAR! I would like to tell you that I bought one micromax mobile on Thursday (20-11-2014) at 2 PM from Local Dealer situated at Rohtak (Haryana). I inserted the SIM then phone was working fine but when I reached home from office at 5 PM, phone shows “EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY” then I tried 5-6 different sim cards but problem is not resolved so next morning I write a official mail to Micromax authorities for change my phone or refund my money but till now after 5 days I didn’t get any response from them. I am enclosing you mail which is sent to them. Please take necessary actions in this regards. i shall be very thankful to you. Enclosed: 1) Snapshot 2) Invoice of Mobile 3) Mail which is sent to them.
I request you that please change my mobile phone or refund my money before Friday (28-Nov-2014) so I can buy new mobile. Thanks
