There was a problem since purchase of the set, mainly network problem and memory card was not supported. Rarely network was available in the mobile. I have contacted the dealer to go to the Service center even after purchase of 15 days. But I was not serious about the issue. But when the problem was acute and it was of no use, I visited your service center on 13.12.2013 vide your Job Sheet No. E030410-1213-6955652 and the same was returned to me on the same day. But returning home I find the problem is as usual. Again I visited your service centre on 19.12.2013 with the same problem and deposited the set vide job sheet no. E030410-1213-7060525. I got the delivery of the same on 17.01.2014. I was out of station from 24.12.2013 for 7 days I did not received any communication from your end over mobile or through mail. There was another problem after coming back to home. The mobile is totally dead. It is not getting started even after charging. I visited your service centre further on 20.01.2014 vide job sheet no. E030410-0114-7640903. On getting SMS the set was handed over to me in dead condition on the ground that it has been repaired outside and head phone socket is damaged due to liquid entry. Though nothing mentioned in black & white. This is illegal and unfair. Your every communication should be in writing. Do you think we are fool! Why should I go to repair the set out side within warranty period? Again, during last to visit within a couple of days your technician has never asked any question about such type of damage. I have never reported any problem of headphone, because I do not use this head phone. It was beyond my knowledge. I always handed over the set to your service centre in running condition. The problem of network and memory card was identified by them and your technician people never questioned me about the headphone problem. If any damage had taken place it should have been pointed by your people earlier. I am sure it has been damaged in your custody during the period of stay at your custody. You don’t have any right to refuse your liability towards the warranty of the product. Damage of my set in your custody is your liability. I have contacted several times over telephone no. Tel: 18605008286, but nobody attended my call. Even I have kept voice message, but no response received. I am sure I have been cheated with a faulty product. I would kindly request you to replace my set with new one. Otherwise I will be forced to complain before the Consumer Forum under Consumer Rights Protection Act. I am deprived of my legitimate right. I want the set to be replaced with new onw or full refund of money.
