Sir i have Purchased a Micromax Mobile Handset Model No. A88 from Goel Telecom Tri Nagar New Delhi-110035 . At the Time of Purchase i have paid additional 10% of Billing Amount for 2 year Annual maintenance Service Provided by New Mobile care India vide Card No. NMC-07506. But Now in Handset some Problem arises i.e. touch problem & motherboard . So at that time i have raise a service request to new Mobile care India on 13/01/2015 my handset Picked up by company on 15/01/2015 . Company commits that you will received your handset within 25-45 days but till now i have not received my handset but when i call for my handset to customer care they always give me 1 week future date & commits that sir you will receive your handset positively within week.But till now no phone call as well as set received.

Sir at the time of purchasing this service company says that we will provide you standby set for use untill your handset will be repaired but till now nothing will be provided by the company . they says that company has withdrawn this facility. So due to that i have facing many problems without any handset
