I have given Micromax mobile for repairs on 24/07/14 to The Mobile Care Service center New Delhi Job Sheet No– N030666-0714-11058552 More than a month my mobile is under advanced repair Micromax center /delayed / no coordination from dealer or helpline in letting me know the deadline for repairs & arrogant behavior . I have complaint to Micromax costomer care, Complaint number is MMX2807146308 ,but they reply only “we will provide you resolution as soon as possible.”

My expectation is my cell is under warranty period & why shall I face the product related issue when I was been assured for the durability of the product. I expect Bill amount 10844/-Rs refunded for my mobile or replace my mobile with new same handset.
