The complaint is about micromax for providing low quality MMX 219 w dongle which result into loss of money. First time I was purchased this product from Amazon.in on 19 sep 2014. The dongle was stop working within 10-15 days. It was not detected any network so that I return this product back to Amazon. Once again I purchased the same product from snapdeal on 5 nov 2014 and it again stop working on 7 April and having same issue. After that I submit the product at micromax service center on 10 Apr 2015 but not get any solution from their end till 2 may 2015. Means I have face same problem with 2 different model within 6 months. The product having 1 year warranty. But the big question is if I will have same problem after end of warranty then What I will do at that time?
As I was cheated by micromax. They provide cheap and low quality dongle. Its my request to return me 1899 rs . Which is the price of the product or ensure me if I will face same problem after warranty then the product will replace by other at that time.
