I had placed an order online on the 19 Jan 2013 at timtara.com for 2 micromax a110 phones and was told the delivery will be done within 3 weeks. I paid 17500 for two phones. It has been almost two months and the product has not been delivered. I also askd to cancel my order, they gave me a email address which is payal@timtara.com. But she also does not reply or confirm if the order has been cancelled or not. I have spoken 100 times with the cust services, however, they also do not respond.
Calling their customer services number (which is std number) has charged me a lot. Since the payment was made through a credit card, have incurred interest on the amount.
I want the money to be refunded with interest as per the credit card.
