Micromax Mobile – Problem with After Sales Service

I want to tell you the real truth of micromax cell phone company. The disgusting services they are providing to the customers. The after sales service is the worst which can be provided by any cell phone company. i purchased micromax canvas A88 4 months ago & it worked only for 1 month and after that their was touch problem after one month use and when i submitted it to service center they kept it for one month and when ever i queried about my phone they say its is in process…after one month when i finally asked them that said it will take 1 month more..after their irresponsible service i took my phone from that service center(gorakhpur) and after taking my phone from service center another problem was generated,Display problem

I submitted it to Delhi service center(S.P solution point. Niramn vihar) on 12 august and they said it will take 20 days to be get repaired ..after 20 days when i queried they said it will take more 15 days..after 15 day they are saying we can’t give you a date we will inform you when it will be repaired …..it has been more than 3 months and still they are saying that its still in repairing process…..and it will take 20 days more…and service center they never receive when you call to know your phone status…. Even i have also send a complaint letter with reference of consumer court to the micromax head office and service center but still they are not responding…..
