micromax as we had mentioned earlier is good at CHEATING its clients a 15 day new mobile wouldn’t start and was given to a micromax centre in bhilai, after a day or 2 they said it was rectified we went to the center and were told that the screen had been changed. sadly on close inspection the screen was same old one and the problem of rebooting was as it was we again asked them to rectify the problem.to our surprise they said it has to go to RANCHI .where the mother board has to be changed and would take 2 MONTHS as such we were taken aback and since nothing could be done we asked him what even after 2 months it would not work.he plainly asked us to go to the consumer forum …in case it didn’t work after 2 months. a couple of days back we called him up as it had been almost a month and a halfhe said it was ready and we could collect it.when we went there he took our receipt and said that it will again take 2 MONTHS. we were shocked and surprised..and asked him why again 2 MONTHS well he said that earlier all the mobiles they have sent to RANCHI were sent back as the center had some problems with MICROMAX payment and now again fresh job sheets will be given as the handset will be sent to NARAYANA.

we don’t have a phone for the past one and a half months and …presently we use a normal nokia and suffer not carrying a smart phone
