I purchased a Micromax mobile (Superfone Ninja 4.0 – A87) have submitted my mobile my at one of your service center (Technocraft Technologies, Kalyan (West)). My mobile was already submitted before at the service center for more than 20 days and I was denied extension in warranty. The same issue happened this time and at the moment my mobile is submitted at service center. No one answers the phone at service center. I have had spoken to the customer care of Micromax Mobiles, India at least more than 25 times Balvir, Monika, Mansi, Chitranjan etc) and the so called ‘Customer Care’ executives are busy in hanging up the call or so reluctant to transfer the call to their supervisor giving reasons that they we have network issues. The ‘Customer Care’ executives always ask for 15-20 days to ‘solve’ the issue each time when you call. It has been more than 36 days and I have no confirm reply. I was called by Micromax Mobiles twice on the same day informing that they are swapping the mobile and I will get a new handset in next 3-4 working days. More than 12 days have passed after this call, no resolution. I have sent numerous email, I get same reply that they have forwarded complaint to escalation team. Service Center and Customer care department of Micromax Mobiles are harassing me. Kindly do something about this, I will be obliged. Thank you.
