Dear Sir, I had purchased Micromax Canvas XL A119 through Order no.937754985 on 19.01.2014 through Homeshop-18 amounting Rs.13990.00 (Scanned copy of Invoice attached). During warranty period, in the month of September, 2014 the said mobile stopped receiving signals so I gave the mobile to micromax care, M/s Shivi Infotech at Bareilly on 16.09.2014 through their Job sheet no.N040366-0914-12221656 under warranty period (scanned copy of Job Sheet attached). After continuous pursuance for 3 months, the micromax care (Shivi Infotech) is saying that the above mobile will not be repaired and company is giving another mobile i.e. Micromax A111 which is cheaper than my purchased mobile as well as having lower features than A119. Kindly refund me the money spent on above purchase and compensation for the grievance and mental harassment faced by me since 16.09.2014 to till date.
