I had purchased a Micromax Mobile from Univercell Via Bill No.10184655 on 28th May 2014. This mobile has a Warranty of 6 Months.Within 2 Months of usage, there was a problem with phone and it was not switching on.So I took it Mobitech service centre in the month of Aug 2014 and gave it for Service.They told me to wait for 1.5 Hours and gave it back to me in the same condition. I told them that I will check the phone at my home. It was not working. So I again took the phone on 30th Aug and gave it for Service. They only gave me a Job sheet (JOBSHEET No. S020357-0914-12440031.) on 26th Sep after repeated request. Still the issue was not solved and they said the issue was with the charging point. I had almost waited for a Month.. Did not receive any call from SC.I called the CC (18605008286) they told me that , it will take 20 working days. I asked them why would it take 20 days for replacing a Charging point. I even sent a mail asking for a reason but just received an Apology mail telling me to be patient. Atlast I received an SMS from SC on 1st Nov stating mobile is ready for delivery. So i went right away to collect the same. To my surprise , It was again not working and this time , they told me that it was Mother board problem. I asked why didn’t you check it since you had the mobile for more than a Month. they had no answer. I have got my JOB sheet and just came out disappointed. Now I am just raising a Complaint to Consumer panel since these people don’t deserve to be service center and MICROMAX is least bothered about Customer.
I want an apology mail and Compensation if any with a New mobile.
