I have purchased this mobile in March 2014 and in 6 months this is the second time that it has got some faults. In June also I got it repaired, the touch suddenly stopped working. Now also touch is not working. Any of the customer care executive is not replying properly.
It does not caused any physical damage but it caused me economic damage. On an instant I purchased a new mobile of 20,000Rs.
I want my money back or either the phone should be replaced.
