Complaint no. MMX2904137215. i have used a micromax mobile A73 is under warranty. Touch keypad was not properly working. I gave the Mobile in service center on 19th April – 2013 till date it is not given back.

I have all ready communication with e-mail. Also one month warranty lapsed and without mobile i am unable to communicate with the rest of the world.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for my handset.
