Hi I am Ranjan. Few days back my screen got damaged, so I have visited to nearest Micromax service center to Fix it. They have fixed the new screen for me. When I saw the edges of the mobile, it was not fixed properly. They told it will be like this only. I believed them and came to home. When I was using the screen touch was not functioning well. I visited again to the service station but they told it was because of software update issue and they have updated the software. Still i was facing the same issue. When i was using the screen touch automatically it got broke at the edge as it was nt fixed by the people properly. I went to the store and told them but the manager and the people are so badly behave with me, i lost the hope from Micromax. I believe Micromax should cancel the lincence of these people. They dont know how to behave with the customer. I put complain with Micromax and for the service station who got the lincence from Micromax. They should train the people and get them lincence.
