Micromax Mobile Very Poor Customer Service

I bought my Micromax Canvas HD phone in april last week in 2013. Firstly, it came with a few defects already, to correct them I submitted the phone to the nearest service center on 6th june 2013. It has been 12 days since then and I’m yet to receive any notification from their side. I called on the customer care number, they asked for further 10 days. I have also tried calling the service center but nobody is picking up the call. I don’t understand how could it take 20 days to correct small issues in the phone. I am facing a lot of inconvenience due to this. Please suggest me a way forward.

I am not able to check all important mails while going out. As I cannot carry a laptop, I bought this phone. I have a rigorous routine and I need to be connected to the internet 24*7 but due to the issue in the phone I am disconnected from internet.

I want my phone back with all the defects removed as soon as possible and compensation for the loss I have accumulated.
