On 29/01/2015 I submitted my Micromax Mobile and they assured me that it is under warranty and gave me a job sheet where it was mentioned that the handset was under warranty and estimated cost was zero… But after 6 days i.e. on 03/01/2015 at around 6 p.m informed me by telephone that that water has gone in and so no warranty…no such incident had happened from my end…moreover so many days passing by i feel that my handset was misplaced from their end.Now they called me up and asked me to take back my handset in unrepaired condition.
For this reason i had to purchase a second hand mobile which costed me 2000 rupees. Moreover i had to call their service center which also costed me near about 50 rupees. I want my handset in well serviced conditioned and also the economic loss that I encountered because of their fault.
