I am pretty sorry to state that, the after sales service is pretty bad at Micromax care, I had brought a Micromax A117 which has touch screen problems just after 6 months of use, the worst part is that the service center has been delaying the delivery using excuses as the part is not available ( The job sheet no. is E010229-0814-11665636) . The excuses change every time I call and inquire about the phone and the delivery dates keep on getting delayed .
need the same model mobile phone or cash compensation of the amount the model costs now in market.
