I have purchased micromax MT500 (Canvas blaze) mobile in the month of January. About 2 months later phone had some problem in its headphone jack. I complained to service center & they kept handset for about 2 months. (Even they told me that it will take around 20-25 days). After having such poor service, however i managed the condition. But now after 3 months of that incident, phone is showing problem in charging & headphone jack again. And again service center is asking for 20-25 days for service. Even i also visit two – three times to its service center for some small small problems. I am not understanding ‘why i purchased this phone?’ For my use or to place this phone at service center. Kindly help me.
To replace this handset with new one or refund my money.
