Micromax – not proper functioning of Mother Board

Dear Sir, I am Gaurav Garg. This complaint is about my mobile Micromax A-54 IMEI No: 911250101973930993938 which was purchased worth Rs 4200/- on dated 21st June 2013 bill serial no 6347 from Spice Hotspot Meerut Cantt, UP. Sir we had a very pathetic experience with this mobile. In the spam of ten months this mobile spends six months with Micromax service centre only and more interestingly at this point of time the mobile is in micomax service center. In the month of October the mobile was firstly submitted to your service center due to not proper functioning of Mother Board & Battery and up till now it is in same situation. We also had a very nasty experience with your after sale service department and your customer care department. We visited your service center situated in Vardhman Plaza Meerut quite often due to not proper functioning of our mobile, although it is very far from our house. These people do not even have manners and etiquette to talk with the customers. They treat customers as if customers are not human being but an animal. They are not ready to return back our mobile in spite of large number of calls and personal visits. They are also not giving the clear status of our complaint. They always ask us to come after 10 or 15 days. When we said that we will make a complaint against you ppl they said please go ahead, it is Micromax nothing will happen and it will not make any difference on us. They also said our bill is fake in spite of we always carried the original bill which contains the proper information of the company (Spice hot spot) as well as our mobile. They also asking for extra /under the table money but our mobile is in under Warranty. The person to whom we were interacted are Mr. Raj Chaudhary, Mr. Shiva Kaushik & Mr. Vipin Sharma. Sir we are belonging from a middle class family where Rs.5,000 contains a lots of gravity. Sir I am in a lots and lots of tension with a huge pressure of my parents too because I am not using my phone from last six month. I have also written two time to the CEO & Business Director of the company…but no reply. Sir now you better understand my situation & I hope your kind self will look into the matter sincerely on ASAP basis. We are awaiting for a favorable reply. Have a great day ahead!
