My mobile handset Micromax Canvas 2 model no.- A110 got some problem in touch on 2nd July 2013, for which I deposited my device to the Micromax service centre in Indore (SLR-Ayushi Electronics,M-115, yashwant Plaza, Indore, MP) under the jobsheet no- N070315-0713-4373689, dated 05/07/2013, with the same i also made a complaint on the Micromax customer care about my device under complaint no.-1007135232. My handset is under warranty, but the service centre is not giving any proper answer to me even after 40 days from my complaint. I called to the Micromax Customer care many a times during this time, but everytime they give me a date after 7 days, saying your device is still under process, it will get repaired in 7 days, its been 40 days now, but i dint got my handset repaired yet the company is just giving false hopes and keep on commiting useless dates to me, about my device getting repaired, and the service centre rarely answers the call.
i want the company should repair my cell phone as soon as possible, and if its not possible even now, Micromax should provide me without a new handset, or just pay my money back to me, because if the service is so bad i dont want to continue with the same company anymore, so i want Micromax should repair my device or just provide me with new handset.
