Hi sir I am rama kumar customer of micromax canvas a116 hd I had purchase this phone on 19 june EMI no 91130425468944,91130425517894300 and 30 july i had submited my phone in micromax service center Dwarka sec-5 due to charging problemand they are job sheet no. N030814-0713-4711294 and said you phone will be repair in 7 days after 7 days i called on service center so nobody pickup so i called on micromax customercare no. 18005008286 so excutive said we are sending phone part so your phone will be repair in next 7 days and give complaint no 0708134521 today 14 august i went service center they are saying you should call no 18005008286 and on this no executive said part not avialable so you should wait for 15days . . . I want to know way i am suffer if micromax doesnt make part note: – its my humble request solved this problem . . .i can not wait for my phone due to i dont have another phone Thanks Rama

i want my phone back in new condesion and for my harrasment should give fine because they cannot do again with customer . – .
