my phone was purchased few months ago . it is a brand new phone and my phone doesnt have a single scratch the touch screen is perfectly alright , however 2 days back the lower buttons on the smart phone , ( the home , return , and menu ) buttons like any smart phone have stopped working i have just sent an email to the micromax company . however all their customer care numbers do not work . they have no service centres my phone within few months just stops working . and i have no where to go to fix my phone since the company takes no responsibility. i plead you to take my matter seriously since this is the same case with micromax phones .

i want them to replace my phone or fix my touch screen button . i genuinely want my phone to work or them to give me refund of my phone
