I have deposited my mobile 6 months back,, from last 4 months they are managing by saying that micromax is not sending parts and also repeatedly says next week next week, and from last one month they are not responding to my call and service centre is not opening at all even in working days, it is closed all the time, nobody is responding. i visit the service centre 10 times as they are not responding. what i get the information that it has been closed from the last 20 days, i don’t understand will i get my phone back or not. do something necessary to resolve this issue.. thank you..

It is the responsibility of Micromax for not having good service centres, warning to Micromax, not practising these kind of stuff in future. I need my phone get repaired immediately.
