sir, i have punched a micromax funbook p500 at patna and after 30 day of usages screen problem is arise.I am tired of calling them many times on given number 18605008286 and got the answer this no is not valid..after that i concern with support centre at patna on 14-9-2013 .They told me i have to return you your tab after services but sir i didn’t got my tab at still date i.e more than 3 month.. at 21-11-2013 i got a message your job sheet no E040174-0913-5517115 has been processed,kindly collect your device, but when i reached support centre they say tab is not ready due to a new problem arise.plz resubmit the device. There is no option for me other than resubmit..I have to request them plz sir return me money or a new tab but they were not ready to listen any thing.and now at 03-12-2013 i got a new job sheet no- E040174-1213-6755377.plz help me sir .

sir i want only one please return my money and a new set.
