My name is ATUl chikara.I submitted my micromax a110( IMEI- 911239256129927) on 4th of jan in order to get repair as the speaker and receiver were not working. they prepared a jobsheet and promised to call me as soon as the phone will get repaired. it has been 4 months and i didnt get any call from them. whenever i call service center or customer care, they say it will take 1 week and we will call you.they are saying this same sentence since 2 months.

i didnt get my phone since 4 months, i feel really bad and irritated . this is not the way service centers are supposed to work. they can make lakhs of handsets in 4 months but cant repair just one. its not just me who is suffering the same problem… there are many. its been such a long time and only due to this i had to cancel my reservation of 24 march to ahmedabad for summer training. this is final step i have to take to get my phone.
