I bought MICROMAX mobile I.e MICROMAX A93 in Feb 2014 , after 6.5 month touch screen of my phone failed because of in warranty period I gave it to MICROMAX service center rohtak , haryana with promise of returning my phone with in 15 days . It is now 2 month and they do not giving my phone every time when I call to MICROMAX service center I heard only one line give us 20 days more.They are now harassing me and saying u can do anything but it will take time. They are not even telling me fault of my phone.
I want my phone back in the condition in which I gave almost 2 months back and I want compensation of call charges of calling them( MICROMAX service center, MICROMAX call center and other officials) and to compensate my travelling in car and on bike and last but not the least mental harassment through which I went from last 2 months
