I bought my mobile Micromax A77 from Homeshop 18 on 22nd march 2014. With in 2 weeks i encountered some problem hence i gave it for Micromax service center, MSN Communication which is situated in Jayanagar 6th Block,Bangalore. Ph no-(080)60509966, for service with the service request number of 9072337, on 9th april 2014. There the real problem started. When i give it for service they told it will take another 3 days to give back my mobile since the mother board is not available. But till date, i.e 23rd april 2014 I have not received my mobile back. everyday i am calling to customer service center but they are very rude and not giving proper response. They are keeping my mobile from past 14 days. Regarding the same issue i filed the complaint with the Micromax people but they didn’t took any action. I am really unhappy with the product and customer service centre and entire Micromax team. Kinldy help me in this regard so that I can get back my mobile and can teach a proper lesson to them. I do have all the supporting proofs to support my complaint which i can share it if you want. Looking forward from you.
