A Micromax mobile Model-A116 (Serial No: 911304254725xxx ) was purchased on 14.07.2013 with 12 months warranty. it starts giving trouble just after six months. Battery went out of order and I have to replace and from 9 months its completely goes out or order since the touch pad is not working. Mobile has been submitted in service center on dated 05.06.2014 for repairing but even after elapse of 68 days the wait is still on & repair center is not responsive with commitment to repair with a specific time period rather prefers to be evasive without any solution. Request you to please help in this case.

Expenses incurred (Rs 500) for to and fro visits to service center along with principal amount of the said mobile (Amount 15500). Inability to get repaired this said mobile for 50 days obliged the self to purchase a new one for 16000.
