On 16 Feb 2014 I have purchased a Micromax mobile from Flipkart.com (WS Retail Services Pvt. Ltd.) by Invoice No. # DEL20140200145285 dated 17-02-2014. The Model of mobile being EG111 or DuetII. In Jan 2015 the camera of the mobile started malfunctioning, sometimes clicks photograph and sometimes not at all gets detected. Also there is some software problem that, “Google Play Store” was not working. So I deposited the mobile to Micromax Service centre in the last week of January 2015 vide JOB SHEET No. N031598-0215-14848420, and kept on calling them for the status update, the service centre people told me that camera is not -functioning and it need to be replaced and once they receive camera in their inventory from the company they will repair it. On 11/02/2015 I received a message a from Micromax which which stated that my mobile has been repaired, and I can collect it. Upon reaching service centre on 12/02/2015, I have been told that the camera cannot be repaired because of faulty motherboard, and it need to be sent to the company (Micromax) as it cannot be repaired here. On 12/02/2015 the mobile was registered faulty under a new JOB SHEET No as N031598-0215-15020533. I kept calling Micromax service centre and their help line number to know when can I get my mobile back as my business is hampering. Even written mail as “Mobile not repaired – 21 days passed – Ref no MMX2402156470” and kept writing on the ref no “Ref no MMX2402156470” to know the status. On 08/04/2015 again I received an SMS from Micromax stating that my device has been repaired, I sent one of my colleague to get it collected, and to my utter surprise they told that instead of the mobile model EG111 that I gave for repairing they are giving me some other mobile as Replacement as the mobile I gave is non-repairable and not-available in inventory. I refused to take it as I use both CDMA and GSM SIM and my previous mobile(non-repairable) supported both. But the mobile that they offered supports only GSM and GSM SIMs. Then on 28/04/2015 they demanded for Bill and ID proof to reimburse the bill amount. And today 20/05/2015 I neither received my Mobile nor any compensation from Micromax. Please do the needful at the earliest.
I want the complete price (Rs. 15780) of my mobile to be reimbursed, + Rs. 5000 loss of purchasing Old Mobile + atleast 10 times(Rs. 1,57,800) the cost of mobile as damage to my business that they have caused in last 4 months. And over and above a written Apology letter from Micromax Company
