I have purchased a micromax tablet FUNBOOK 360 . After 4 month i found that itsmy tablet not start .so i submitted to micromax service center (the delight service) in Shadi Pur on 28/05/2014 and received a job sheet , its no. is N030760-0514-9891636. i have called many times the micromax service center and not given positive response. They always extend the return date of product i have called them 50 times they always tell different date for the return of the tablet. I go to serve center but they always give me new excuses.and I longed a complaint on 04/07/2014 the Complaint number is 0407145586. i Give you money for my tablet you not give me free.i am not beggar that ask u every time that give my tablet Sir please solve my case. i will be thankful. I am very much disappointed with the customer care center guys. They are continuously saying that we have sent your device for repair but the device was with them till Last 7 months & they people was doing R&R with the device
