Dear Sir I Bought above mentioned the devise from flipkart online store on 19.5.14, i used phone in just 60 days only, after that my devise got problem in the touch screen , i cant able to use the touch buttons, so i gave my devise to service center Complain number-MMX3008146152 MICROMAX log no: S020213081411443268 , after a long time and lot of follow up around (2 months ) later they repaired my devise and gave it to me , but with in the one month i got a same problem in my touch screen , again i gave it to service center on 25/10/14 MICROMAX log no: S020213-1014-12948059 , already 2 month to be completed , but still the micromax team end no response, i am sending lot of mails and remainder but still NO RESPONSE, i used mobile only 2 months only rest of the time my mobile in service center only , i am a middle class person, after long financial problem i bought the mobile in EMI , but now iam paying EMI with out using the mobile , please take the necessary action , and repay the money or push them to give the new mobile, because again again same problem i am facing the new phone

With out using the mobile iam paying the EMI, and service center peoples gave worst service, they dont consider me as a human , please please i have a lot of family problem because i bought a waste mobile
