i have brought micromax x-258 handset from jaipur on 11 march 2014 , with one year warranty for rs 1800. it have a problem in receiving the sound , so i had submitted it to micromax authorized service center for repairing but they have not corrected it and returned it as it is . i have mailed micromax company regarding the problem they told me to submit phone once again , i had submitted it again but still nothing is corrected and said there is no solution to my problem. i have told company about filing complaint in consumer forum . i want my phone to be corrected as i am missing very important calls for last one month and in great problem due to non-connectivity through my phone. its a humble request to forum to please look into matter as soon as possible . i am in serious problem . thank you narayan singh 9414442xxx jaipur
i want my handset to be changed as soon as possible . and action against micromax company for irresponsible behavior towards consumer .
