Hello Sir, I had bought YU Yureka phone from Micromax company 2 months back. Suddenly some days back the phone’s mic stopped working and I filed complaint by calling to customer care on Saturday [16 May 2015]. They said that I will receive call from them on replacement of the phone within 48 hours but I have not yet received call from them. I called them again and they are still saying to wait. They are not taking the issue seriously. I am a working professional and living without phone is very hard for me. I am not able to take some important calls and that resulting into a loss for me. They are not even providing the expected time or the current status of the request. Please look into this.
I want my money back and a strict action against the company
