MicromaxOnline Shopping Consumer Review

I, Diwakar Pandey, ordered ONLINE for MICROMAX BOLT A066, through website shoppping. micromaxonline.com, order no.- 1100002412 on 12/01/2015 and made the prepayment. On contacting the customer care no. 0120-4019110 of sales.d2hshop.com (the mediator through which the product is delivered by micromax), they asked me to wait for 72 hours. Again contacting after 72 hours, they requested me to wait for another 72 hours. Till date, 12 days (4*72 hours) have elapsed and I’ve not received my product. I also e-mailed them at sales.d2hshop.com on 18/01/2015 but no reply came. After contacting at micromax no.- 18605008286 today at 10:20 AM, I got to know their e-mail id for lodging a complaint and mailed them today itself regarding the issue. Sir, kindly do the needful. I’m really very shocked & unhappy at the service provided to us after online purchase of product through prepayment mode. Thanking you
