Dealer not ready to replace or service the battery (the battery backup is only 15 minuts) though under 2 years replacement warranty Dealer is not responding for the complaint past 2 months. Dealer cheated by saying that MICROMAX AND MICROTEK brands are same hence he provided MICOMAX Battery for MICROTEK UPS.

Need to get the battery replaced with original brand (MICROTEK) as I paid the cost of MICROTEK Battery.
