i bought this micro-oven from the above mentioned dealer on 18 december 2013. the product has warranty of 01 year. since 11 june 14, the microwaven started giving problems. i have lodged the following complaints : 11 jun 14 – 13125576 18 jun 14 – 13168386 14 july 14 – 13345000 14 august 14 – 13564824 22 august 14 – 13616837 03 sep 14 – 13616837(reminder) power supply was not available in the microwave and power supply card was replaced on 14 jul 14. the problem was recurring. and slowly the customer care started turning their ears deaf to my problems. it is more than 02 months and i am mentally tired and harassed by the ifb customer care as the problem is not getting resolved.

i don’t need this faulty microwave with recurring problems. i need a replacement with fresh warranty.
