Dear Sir / Mam,

I made a policy from HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd. The annual premium is Rs.20000/-. I told her to HDFC Executive that i cant pay Rs. 20000/- in a single shot, then she said i have to pay premium Rs. 20000/- only first time. After that the next premium can be converted into monthly installments according to HDFC Executive.When the time came to pay for second premium i knew from HDFC Branch, the premium can not converted into monthly installments.This was the wrong commitment of HDFC Executive.Many times i made call in customer care but nobody is ready to resolving this issue. Even i sent a mail to HDFC, i could not get any solution. Kindly help me to resolve this issue for save my Rs. 20000/-
