I had purchased the membership of Country Vacations with lots of good hope, My membership number is CVBG1BCLUB5LB163382. But now i feel that all the promises which were made to me are not true. Hence I request your intervention to cancel this membership which was sold with fraud from the Country Vacations Emloyees. I have sent around various emails to the customer care team of Country Vacations about this fraud, CCareresponse.team@countryvacationsmail.com; B’lore CCare customercarebangalore1@countryvacationsmail.com; centralcustomercare@countryvacationsmail.com; vinodhvicky2@gmail.com I have also made Endless calls to the customer care executives and also to the sales staff who sold this deal but nobody gives any proper support many a times the call is not responded at all. I have told the team that now when I am a member I find that things are not true. I feel I was not given full information and what ever i had enquired was answered with incorrect details by the executives, Mr. Vinodh, Mr. Yoganand and Mr. Ranjan. Hence i request you to cancel my membership and refund my amount. Request your help on the same. Also I would like to bring to your notice that Country Vacations is carrying with this practice since very long time please take necessary action on the same.

I Just want to get back my money of 90000 INR and a strict warning with punishment as per your guidelines to ensure that same mistakes are not repeated with any other consumer.
