This is to inform you that I have purchased Sony HiFi music system from Sony exclusive showroom, Harsh, S.S. Towers, Jodhpur, Rajasthan with invoice no. of 7849 on 19/07/10. When we called up the company engineer for demonstration and installation, it was noticed that few accessories are missing like remote control, speaker wires and even warranty card. The engineers informed the dealer and promised us that I will get the missing stuff soon. Despite our repeated complaints to both, there is no response from either. Kindly look into the matter and help me if you can.
