Misusing by others and no response for Airtel employes

Dear Sir/ Madam

I Mr.J.Chandra Sekhar have 98494 44469 mobile number of your airtel, got struced in and around of 22 nd of Oct-11. Then i have contacted your call center to know the reason, at that time they informed me that it has been failed due to some technical reason and advised to have a new SIM with same number by providing the required documents. Later i was busy with my professional work and went to your sevice center located at Paradise, Secunderabad on 16 th Nov-11 to get the new SIM with same number. By providing the documents they have issued the new SIM and told that the previous balance would be carry forwarded.
On 17 th morning i have checked the balance and found difference in the amount around 600.00 Rs. I did ‘t get any response from your call center and went to your service center at Paradise and did a call to 125 between 5.30 – 5.50 pm. It was answered by women employee and informed that it is (number) using regularly and a new SIM card has been issued on my name in and around of nov 1 or 2 nd. In addition to that there is activation of mobile internet applications with out my requisition and same was also answered by another employee. After that your people had given a mobile number (9959334865) and informed it’s a contact number of higher official, do the complaint directly to them. I tried to that Number and observed that it was a call center number again. (This is one way they betrayed me by giving wrong information).

Later i moved to your office located in secunderabad and made a written complaint by seeing the following

a) It is being used by somebody with out my presence
b) Internet applications were also downloaded with out my requisition

So, i request you to provide the clarifications to the following and revert back my misused balance.

a) why you have issued the SIM card on my name to others?
b) if it is used by Anti-Social elements, who will be resposble for that?
c) Why your people guided me wrongly?
d) why you have activated internet appl with out my request?
e) Is it possible to do all these with out direct or indirect presence of AIRTEL employee?

If you are not able to provide satisfactory clarifications, we are ready to go for legal action against AIRTE
