Maruthi Swift Vdi vehicle was given for servicing at Mithra Agencies, RTC X Roads, Hyderabad on 08/10/ 2013. After completion of servicing the Diesel FIlter started leaking resulting in loss of 25 Liters of Diesel.

1)I lost 25 liters of Diesel. 2)The promised Road side assistance is not available. 3)Due to improper cleaning of brake drums/seepage of Diesel into the brake drums, the brakes were in-effective resulting in an accident where the front portion is damaged.

1. Expenditure incured for loss of 25 liters of Diesel. 2. Reimbursement of Service charges incurred for 01 Lakh Km Servicing. 3. Charges that I may incur (Rs 10,000/-) approximately for repairs during the recent accident on 12.10.2013.
