Mobile Balance Deduction on BSNL Prepaid Excel connection

I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that incidentally a huge balance amount of Rs.600.00 (approx.) has been debited in the mid of Aug.2012 (perhaps on 18.08.12) from my BSNL prepaid account due to a silly communication gap—i.e.”use of only Plan-voucher for Validity extension”—the newly launched rule was not
advertised well in advance to the consumer like me at all, even through a mere SMS.

This Prepaid Excel connection (cell. no.-94344 88364) is valid till Mar.13,2014 and regular in use. By the by,I am a non-pensioner Sr.Citizen of 78 yrs.. In the mean time I’ve talked with BSNL customer-care cell several times, both physically and over telephone, but got no solutions. Then finding out the e-addresses of the customer-care cell as well as the client grievance cell of BSNL from its official website, I’ve lodged complaint to them on
this matter first time on Aug 15, 2013 and resent the same so many times thereon; but, alas, got no responses at all !

I, therefore, entreat you to please be considerate enough to take necessary actions so that I can utilize my money, already paid to BSNL, as due talk-times and thereby oblige me. Thanks a lot for your kind perusal. Awaiting the justice from your end.
