Dear Sir,

I have taken back when Airtel Charged me with Rs. 477 for nothing. In my itemized bills, they are claiming that, i have downloaded some games & wall papers during the month of July 2010. My mobile connection is provided by office & i do not use it for playing games or downloading music, wall papers or any other subscription services.

I constantly received a message from Airtel 54321 saying your subscription has been renewed and you have been charged R.5 on daily basis. On some days, i received same message twice.., i know i have never subscribed for this service.., then why Airtel is assuming on the subscription..?

They are saying, they have a confirmation.., let them prove the confirmation by producing the proper transaction details on their server..

I request you please intervene and help me to resolve the dispute
