I am using Mobile phone no 9600681372 of Airtel in Tamilnadu. I want to change the service provider as BSNL and contacted near by Customercare of BSNL & they told to get the UPC code no to get transfer. I am giving message to Airtel from 31/01/2014 to yesterday I gave SMS as “PORT 9600681372″ about 10 times and every time I got the Reply message as” Namaste! You have entered an incorrect code.Please text PORT to 1900 to initiate a new message. Lastly I have sent the message at 15.18 hrs on 04/06/2014. Every time they deducted 60paise for SMS charge. In addtion I called the customer care & informed the same the references are as follows.
